Here's a short run-down of all most recent shipping & pre-order news!
- According to the Royal Mail Service Update page, deliveries across the UK are going ahead as normal, however, some sorting offices including the main one in Edinburgh are experiencing some resourcing issues. Here's what the Royal Mail stated on their website in regards to this: 'Every single parcel and letter is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes of mail posted during this further lockdown period, alongside necessary coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep our people and customers safe. In such cases, we always work hard to get back to providing our usual level of service as quickly as we can.'
- We've had to delay the release of our 'Spit in my Mouth' Hoodies. This is due to the initial delays on items we've had on pre-purchase for a longer amount of time than these hoodies, we're getting those items in first to make it fair for the customers that have waited for a while instead of releasing a new item in the mids of it. Again, those delays have been due to covid wholesaler stock dry-ups, more information can be found in our previous Service Disruption Updates in the News section. We completely understand that these are not only difficult times for us, however, but for everyone, so if you've ordered one of our 'Spit in my Mouth' Hoodies on pre-order and would rather not wait any longer at the minute, please simply get in touch with us either via contact form on our website or email email@example.com.
