Recent Service Disruptions
We've recently had to deal with some harsh adversities including everything from covid delays to having to get rid of our customer service person, for more information please read the points below.
  • Very recently we've had to fire the only person that had been in charge of our emails. Keeping in mind that besides that person it's only 2 people working on this brand, you can imagine it threw a stick into the engine, which we've now actively been trying to fix but it's definitely put us on the back foot here. We're currently busy chasing up any emails that have either been completely missed or just not been responded to correctly, if you haven't tried reaching out to us since the recent firing of our customer service person, please do not hesitate to reach out again, you will be spoken to and we will do everything in our power to chase up your enquiry.  We sincerely apologise if you've had trouble chasing your order or getting clarity in regards to it, this is all a learning curve for us having only started the brand last year & having the first person we employ completely misuse our trust and not fulfil their duties properly has caused a lot of commotion.

 

  • The postal service we use to send off our clothing is 'Drop & Go' via Royal Mail, which most recently has seen lower prioritisation in Post Offices due to the high Christmas demand, amplified by Covid-19 delays. After speaking to our local two Post Offices we work with, we've also been told that the 'Sorting Offices' are currently struggling with a backlog of parcels of all sorts and are prioritising their 'special deliveries' over everything else. Needless to say, your order is definitely on it's way if you received a shipping confirmation and there's just been a tremendous amount of pressure on postal services.

 

  • Last but not least, due to the new strain of covid found in the UK recently, the government isn't letting any parcels leave our country until all of it leaves tier 4 restrictions. If you're outside of the UK and have ordered recently, chances are your order will be affected by this and it will be shipped out in a couple of weeks, whenever the restrictions are dropped.
