With the pandemic taking its toll on supply chains and business finances for many businesses, we are also facing some delays in receiving our products. Some of our supply partners have been struggling with things such as short staffing & dry ups on their supply chain side which has in turn affected us. The quality of your products won’t ever be affected, but please be a bit more patient with us in these unprecedented times as some pre-order/pre-purchase items may take longer and some parcels may even take longer than expected due to post offices worldwide also struggling. Nether the less we thank you all for the consistent support and we hope you love your products once they arrive!

Pre-purchase Items 

All Items marked in their descriptions as 'Pre-purchase' Items are due to be re-stocked up next in line. Due to that, by ordering an Item at the time marked as that, be aware you may need to wait until we get the final rough numbers of how many to order / the time it takes for our items to finish being made at the factory or even until the desired items are back in stocks plain for us to purchase and work on. If you're ever in doubt feel free to drop us an email! Finally, remember that when you purchase an item that's on pre-purchase alongside another item that is in stock, we won't be able to send your order out until both items are in stock. If you're after a particular item you'd like right away and it's in stock, make sure to purchase it individually.

Shipping

This is a small business run by two people. We try our very best to get all orders out to customers as fast as possible, however, especially recently, we've been getting much more website traction resulting in much busier work days. Even though we are forever grateful for your support and this will always be a dream come true for us, please be patient with us and give us around 7 days for us to prepare and send out your package.  

UK shipping: Once your item has been sent off, your item should be with you within 1-3 working days. (This may also depend on the period of the year. Busier periods of the year may cause a longer wait in transit.)

EU shipping: Once your order has been sent off, your item should be with you within 4-7 working days. (This may also depend on the period of the year. Busier periods of the year may cause a longer wait in transit.)

Last but not least, If you're located in Edinburgh, Scotland, you an alternatively pick up your order from us for free by simply picking that option at the checkout & emailing us about when you'd like to pick it up.

International shipping outside of europe: Once your order has been sent off, depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please be patient and feel free to contact us for more information on your order and it's status. (This may also depend on the period of the year. Busier periods of the year may cause a longer wait in transit.)

Note that the brand is not liable for any item of clothing lost in transit after being successfully dispatched if tracked shipping hasn’t been purchased.

Refunds & Replacements

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as before as well as accompanied by a valid reason for the refund and proof that you received the product in the first place.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

You have 48 hours to cancel your order with no reason, after that all our return policies are applied. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items & items bought using a discount code cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
The 30-day return policy applies here too.

Return shipping 
To return your product, contact our customer support team over at support@hornyandsadclo.com and ask for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
